A word with Parents
To impart quality education to the students, full cooperation of parents is imperative.
With the aforesaid objective in mind the school has few suggestions for your perusal.
- None of that patents will visit their children inside the school and classrooms. In emergency special arrangements can be made after the permission of the principal.
- Parents will visit the school only after seeking prior permission from Principal or person deputed by her/him by requests sent through their children or in person.
- Parents will not argue with any staff or teaching staff. There are grievance redressal systems in place and only proper written applications will be considered for action.
- Any parent using foul language or displaying behavior inappropriate for a school will result in official reprimanding and may result in expulsion of his child if three continuous warnings for misconduct are given to the defaulting parent in continuation.
- Parents will ensure that their children are appropriately dressed for the school and all instructions on the school diary or whatsapp are read and adhered to.
- Parents will ensure that the fees due will be paid within ten days of the due date after which late penalties of Rs 100 will be charged for every week. Parents will be suitably warned for default on fees and their wards are likely to be disqualified if the fees along with penalty is not deposited within 30 days of the due date.
- Parents will ensure that their children get a good environment in their homes and fully support the efforts of the school in their primary aim of incorporating values and disc0linr in their child. The liability of any child indulging in continued display of misconduct amounting to affecting the atmosphere of the school will be of the parent. Advisories will be issued in this regard and the child will be rusticated in case of being served with three such advisories in continuation.
- Any rustication of a child will be done by a discipline committee under the Principal with the class teacher coordinator and administrator part of it. Parent will be given chance to present his child’s case in person before the committee. However, decision of the committee will be final.
- Smoking and use of any toxic material like gutka and tobacco etc are strictly prohibited and will invite strictest action.
- Parent opting to drop the child on its own or by some means of private transport he/she has organized will be fully responsible of safety and timeliness of his son.
School will not be responsible for any mishap in this regard.
- Academic performance of the child will be conveyed to the parents always and advisories will be given to
them. Students will not be promoted in case of below par performance and may be rusticated after three
warnings on this issue.
- You must ensure that your ward comes to school in proper neat and clean uniform, proper hair cut etc.
- In case of change in address, phone no. or any other related information, intimate the school office at the earliest.
- Please remember to send the tiffin of the child with the bag. Tiffin Box, medicines etc., cannot be accepted in the school during school hours.
- In order to be in touch with the progress of the child, you must make it a point to sign the progress report or any other communication made on behalf of school.
- Kindly ensure that your ward carries books and notebooks according to the time table for the day.
- Children will not be allowed to go home during school hours. In case of emergency a written application from the parents stating the reason must be submitted and Gate pass from the Principal/Senior Coordinator must be obtained. This must be presented to class teacher at the time of leaving.
Also parents must make their own arrangements for their children to go home.
- Encourage your ward to take balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
- Students who are escorted to school should never leave before the escort arrives. In case of delay they should report to the school office.
- Attend all PTM’S to know the progress of the child.
